Coveka currently ships to the following countries:

- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
We do not currently ship to countries or regions outside the destinations listed above. If an order is placed with a shipping address outside our available delivery areas, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, holidays, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated standard delivery time is listed below.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Shipping Method
We currently offer Standard Shipping only. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the order value shown at checkout.

The shipping fee displayed at checkout is the final shipping fee charged for your order. Please review the shipping cost carefully before completing payment.
7. Currency
All product prices, shipping fees, and free shipping thresholds on Coveka are displayed and charged in USD, unless otherwise clearly shown at checkout.
If your payment provider or card issuer converts the transaction into another currency, the final amount may vary depending on the exchange rate and any fees charged by your payment provider or card issuer.
8. Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees
Product prices and shipping fees do not include any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges that may apply in the destination country.
If any customs duties, import taxes, or similar fees are required by your local customs authority, they are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not collected by Coveka unless they are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Any applicable taxes or fees that are required to be collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your order.
9. Order Confirmation and Tracking
After your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow time for the carrier tracking system to update after the tracking number is issued.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Coveka is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@coveka.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after the order has been processed or shipped.
11. Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or returned as undeliverable, please contact us at support@coveka.com with your order number.
We will review the issue and assist you with the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may contact the shipping carrier, request additional information, arrange a replacement, or issue a refund in accordance with our policies.
12. Shipping Restrictions
We may be unable to ship to certain restricted locations, remote areas, military addresses, freight forwarding addresses, or addresses that carriers cannot service. If we are unable to ship your order, we will contact you and may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Important: Please make sure the shipping rates shown at checkout match this Shipping Policy. Orders under $50.00 USD should show $8.99 USD Standard Shipping, and orders of $50.00 USD or more should show Free Standard Shipping.
