All product prices, shipping fees, discounts, free shipping thresholds, and order totals on Coveka are displayed and charged in USD, unless otherwise clearly shown at checkout.

Prices are shown before applicable shipping fees, taxes, duties, discounts, or other charges unless those amounts are clearly included or displayed at checkout.

If your bank, card issuer, or payment provider converts your payment into another currency, the final amount charged to your account may vary depending on exchange rates and any fees charged by your payment provider. Coveka is not responsible for currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other charges applied by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Any applicable taxes or fees that Coveka is required to collect will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

If customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges are required by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Discounts, Promotional Codes, and Price Adjustments

Discount codes, promotional offers, and special pricing may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, exclusions, minimum order values, product restrictions, or other conditions.

Estimated total delivery time is 11–16 business days.

11. Order Cancellation

We will do our best to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel the order.

If your order has already been shipped, you may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

As stated in our Return & Refund Policy, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account after we process it.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns, unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

If your order qualified for free shipping and a return causes the order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to deduct the original standard shipping cost from the refund where permitted by law.

Coveka uses secure checkout systems through Shopify and secure payment providers. As stated in our Secure Payment Policy, Coveka does not store your full credit card or debit card number on our website.

Please only submit payment information through our official website checkout at https://coveka.com/. Coveka will never ask you to send full payment card details by email or social media message.

15. Fraud Prevention and Order Verification

To protect customers and our store, some orders may be subject to additional verification before they are processed or shipped.
