Returns and Customer Care

Coveka accepts eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Returned items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags, labels, hygiene liners, accessories, and packaging where applicable.

For defective, damaged, or wrong items received, Coveka is responsible for return shipping or will provide an appropriate solution. For wrong size ordered, changed mind, no longer wanted, or style, color, or fit preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
