At Coveka, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for products purchased from our online store.

Coveka is operated by Yolo Express USA, a company registered in California, United States, registration number 6289174.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it;
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be included;
  • For swimwear, the hygiene liner must be intact and not removed, damaged, or altered;
  • The item must be free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, perfume, sunscreen, lotion, body oil, pet hair, or signs of wear;
  • You must provide a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer without a refund.

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@coveka.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for return, and photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Address

Approved returns should be sent only to the return address provided in our return instructions. Please do not send items to any address before receiving return approval from us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, such as a defective item, damaged item, or incorrect item sent, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a return shipping label where applicable.

If the return is due to customer preference, wrong size selected, change of mind, style preference, or any reason not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@coveka.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once we review the issue, we will work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or other appropriate solution.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. Non-returnable items include:

  • Swimwear that has been worn, washed, used, damaged, altered, or returned without the original hygiene liner;
  • Items with stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, perfume, sunscreen, lotion, body oil, or signs of wear;
  • Items without original tags, labels, packaging, or required accessories;
  • Final sale items;
  • Gift cards;
  • Personalized, customized, or special-order items, if applicable.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size, color, or style is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved and accepted, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock, we may recommend an alternative item or issue a refund according to this policy.

8. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@coveka.com.

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@coveka.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping.

If your order has already shipped, it must be handled as a return according to this Refund Policy.

10. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.

Items must still be returned in the same condition received, unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and with the hygiene liner intact for swimwear. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Where applicable, certain hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded from cancellation or return rights if they have been unsealed, used, worn, or are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
