15. Why is my package delayed?

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

16. What should I do if my shipping address is wrong?

Please contact us immediately at support@coveka.com. If your order has not yet entered processing or shipping, we will do our best to help update the address. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment has started.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

17. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in the same condition received, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

18. Can swimwear be returned?

Swimwear may be eligible for return only if it is unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and the hygiene liner intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear that has been worn, washed, used, damaged, altered, or returned without the hygiene liner may not be accepted.

19. What items are not returnable?

Non-returnable items may include worn or washed swimwear, items without original tags or hygiene liners, items with stains or odors, final sale items, gift cards, personalized items, and items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, makeup, deodorant, sunscreen, lotion, perfume, body oil, or other residue.

20. How do I start a return?

To request a return, please contact us at support@coveka.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without first receiving return approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

21. Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error, such as a defective item, damaged item, or incorrect item sent, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a return shipping label where applicable.

If the return is due to customer preference, wrong size selected, change of mind, style preference, or another reason not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

22. Can I exchange an item for another size or style?

The fastest way to receive a different size, color, or style is to return the item you have, if eligible, and place a new order for the item you want. Product availability is not guaranteed.

23. When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

24. What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@coveka.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you on an appropriate solution.
