10. Delivery Delays

Coveka is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect shipping information, or events outside our reasonable control.

Coveka is not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

12. P.O. Box and Address Restrictions

We may be unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses, military addresses, freight forwarding addresses, hotels, temporary addresses, or restricted locations depending on the carrier and destination.

Customers should provide a valid residential or commercial street address at checkout. Orders with restricted, incomplete, or unverifiable addresses may be delayed, canceled, or subject to additional verification.

13. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check your mailbox, front desk, building office, neighbors, household members, and local carrier office.

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us at support@coveka.com. We will review the situation and may assist with carrier investigation where possible. However, we are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
