This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through the Coveka website.

Thank you for shopping with Coveka. We are committed to providing a clear, fair, and transparent return and refund process for our customers.

Coveka is operated by Yolo Express USA, a company registered in California, United States, registration number 6289174.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days from the date the tracking information confirms that the item was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition;
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging;
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be included;
  • For swimwear, the original hygiene liner must be intact, attached, and not removed, damaged, altered, or replaced;
  • The item must be free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, perfume, sunscreen, lotion, body oil, pet hair, or any signs of wear;
  • Proof of purchase, such as your order number, must be provided;
  • The return must be authorized by us before the item is shipped back.

Items returned without prior authorization may be refused, delayed, or returned to the customer without a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, opened, damaged, altered, or not returned in original condition;
  • Swimwear, including bikini sets and one piece swimsuits, if the hygiene liner has been removed, damaged, altered, or is missing;
  • Items with stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, perfume, sunscreen, lotion, body oil, pet hair, or visible signs of wear;
  • Items without original tags, labels, accessories, or packaging;
  • Items marked as final sale;
  • Gift cards, if applicable;
  • Personalized, customized, or special-order items, if applicable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@coveka.com within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Please include the following information:

  • Your order number;
  • The item you wish to return;
  • The reason for return;
  • Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or if your request requires review.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not ship items back without written authorization from us.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as:

  • A damaged item;
  • A defective item;
  • An incorrect item sent by us.

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a return shipping label where applicable.

For customer-choice returns, including wrong size selected, change of mind, style preference, color preference, fit preference, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Customers must use a trackable shipping service and provide a valid tracking number. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit without tracking confirmation.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, original shipping fees and any additional return costs may be deducted from the refund.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Depending on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

We do not issue refunds through alternative payment methods.

6. Refund Scope

Refunds apply to the product purchase price only.

  • Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error;
  • If free shipping was applied to the order, no outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the refund;
  • Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees, or other shipping-related charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law;
  • We do not charge restocking fees.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at support@coveka.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of:

  • The product condition;
  • The damaged or defective area, if applicable;
  • The packaging;
  • The shipping label.

We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, refund, return label, exchange option, or other reasonable solution.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item with a different size, color, or style, please return the original item if it is eligible and approved, then place a new order separately. Product availability is not guaranteed.

9. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties, import/export taxes, brokerage fees, or return-related charges unless the return is due to our error.

We are not responsible for customs clearance delays during the return process.

10. Return Address

All approved returns must be sent only to the return address provided in our return instructions.

Please do not send returns to our business address or any other address without prior authorization. Returns sent without approval may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.

11. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@coveka.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping.

If your order has already shipped, it must be handled as a return according to this Return & Refund Policy.

12. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.

Items must still be returned in the same condition received, unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. For swimwear, the hygiene liner must remain intact, attached, and not removed, damaged, altered, or replaced.

Where applicable, certain hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded from cancellation or return rights if they have been unsealed, used, worn, or are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

13. Legal Notice

This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
