Return & Refund Policy

Eligible returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Contact [email protected] with your order number before sending items back.

Return conditions

Items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags, hygiene liners, and packaging where applicable.

Swimwear hygiene

Swimwear must be returned unworn with hygiene liners and protective stickers attached unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

Return shipping

Customer preference returns (size, style, change of mind) are the customer's responsibility. Defective, damaged, or wrong items are handled by Coveka.
